Picture a screen door so fine that only water molecules fit through it. That's the reverse osmosis membrane. We push your tap water against it under pressure, the clean water squeezes through to one side, and the dissolved junk it was carrying, minerals, salts, most of what a total dissolved solids meter reads, gets left behind and rinsed down the drain. A coffee filter catches grounds. This catches things far smaller than you can see. That's the whole difference between filtering and truly purifying.

Up to 1000 gallons a day, depending on how we build it. The standard membrane is rated at 500 gallons per day, and we can run one for a 500 gallon build or two for the full 1000. Real output shifts a little with your water temperature and incoming pressure, cold water moves through a membrane slower, the same way honey pours slower than water when it's cold, which is one reason a booster pump is a popular option. At the water test we size it to your actual daily use so it keeps up without loafing.

Yes, and that flexibility is part of why it exists. The unit is designed for floor, wall, or tank mounting, so it fits the back room you actually have instead of the one a catalog assumes. The frame is powder coated steel and the whole thing weighs under 60 pounds, and our tank mounting kit bolts it straight onto a 30, 40 or 80 gallon FlexWave steel storage tank so the system and its reservoir share one small footprint. When we come out, we look at your space and tell you which mount makes sense.

TDS stands for total dissolved solids, basically everything dissolved in your water added up, and it's the quickest single number for how pure the water is. The dual TDS monitor shows you two readings at once, the water going in and the water coming out, so you can see the system working at a glance and catch a tired membrane before it becomes a problem. The blending valve is the clever part. Pure RO water can taste flat and is aggressive toward some equipment, so the valve lets us add back a measured trickle of mineral water to hit the exact TDS your espresso machine, ice maker or process actually wants. It's a mixing tap for purity.

It depends on your water pressure, and that's exactly what we measure first. A reverse osmosis membrane needs firm pressure to do its job, and a lot of buildings, especially upstairs suites and older strip centers, just don't push hard enough at the tap. An Aquatec booster pump gives the incoming water the shove it needs so you get full production and better rejection of dissolved solids. A permeate pump is a different helper that makes the system run more efficiently and waste less water. Neither is mandatory. We recommend one only when your pressure reading says it'll earn its keep.

The Luminor ultraviolet option is a final safeguard. Water passes by a UV lamp on its way out, and the light neutralizes living micro organisms so they can't reproduce. Think of it as a lighthouse at the end of the line. The membrane already blocks the vast majority of contaminants, and UV adds a layer of biological protection on top, which is why kitchens, labs, medical and dental offices, and anyone storing water in a tank often want it. It uses no chemicals and adds nothing to the taste.

Custom labeling and branding is one of the options, which matters if you resell the water, run a water store, or just want the equipment in a customer facing space to look like it belongs to you rather than to a factory in another state. We can label the system to your brand as part of the build. It's the same machine underneath, wearing your name on the front.

It's compact on purpose. The frame runs about 31 inches tall, 13 inches deep, and 19 inches wide, and it weighs under 60 pounds, so it tucks into a back room, a closet, or under a counter rather than demanding its own room. Add a storage tank and you'll want a little more space, though the tank mounting kit lets the unit ride on top of the tank to save floor. We never guess at this. When our technician visits, we look at the real spot, the plumbing, and the drain, and tell you honestly what fits.

Less than a busy operator fears, but it isn't zero, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a headache. The 20 inch pre filters get changed on a schedule so they protect the membrane, the same way you change the oil to protect the engine. The membrane itself lasts for years and gets replaced only when the TDS readings say it's time, which is exactly what that dual monitor is watching for. If you add UV, the lamp is swapped about once a year. We handle all of it on a simple service plan so it's our job to remember, not yours.
